What can you do when stuck indoors?

The current problems we all face may well put restrictions on some elements of photography. It is for the best, as we all have to play our part in this to help out. Yet we can still put many positive and beautiful images on web sites, social media and the like.

How, you might ask. Well very simple. Practice indoors or in your garden. There is a wealth of objects, flowers and goodness knows what right under our noses. Some it falls under macro photography.

Macro photography can be very exciting. There is such detail in a single flower or the petals that drop. But it can be more than that. Insects become monsters, objects are examined in close detail. Anything can be used to photograph, take a simple sugar cube for example.

It is not as square as you think. Rocks, pebbles and simple shells have a landscape to explore. So during this time I have decided to switch to indoor photography and I will create a few albums to show what I have attempted. Maybe you will try yourself.
